BOUNCE HOUSE WAIVER
1. Rental
I, the undersigned ("Renter"), am renting the inflatable(s) listed on my order from [BUSINESS NAME] ("Company") for use on [EVENT DATE] at [EVENT ADDRESS].
2. Safety rules
I received and will enforce these rules: an adult will supervise the inflatable at all times while in use; users will be grouped by similar age and size; the number of users will not exceed [MAX USERS]; no shoes, glasses, jewelry, sharp objects, food, drink, or silly string; no flips, wrestling, or climbing on walls; users will exit immediately if the unit loses air.
3. Weather
The inflatable will not be used in rain, lightning, or winds above [WIND LIMIT] mph, or as the manufacturer specifies. If the weather turns, I will have everyone exit and turn off the blower, and contact Company.
4. Power and placement
I will not move, unplug (except in an emergency), or re-anchor the inflatable, and I will keep the blower and cords clear of users and water.
5. Assumption of risk
I understand that using an inflatable involves risks, including falls and collisions that can cause injury. I accept these risks for myself and accept responsibility for supervising everyone who uses the inflatable at my event.
6. Release
To the extent permitted by law, I release Company, its owners, and employees from claims arising from the use of the inflatable, except claims caused by Company's negligence or equipment failure. [HAVE AN ATTORNEY REVIEW THIS CLAUSE; ENFORCEABILITY VARIES BY STATE.]
