PARTY RENTAL CONTRACT
1. Parties
This Party Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is between [BUSINESS NAME] ("Company") and the customer named below ("Customer").
2. Rental items and period
Company rents to Customer the items listed in the attached order ("Equipment") for the event on [EVENT DATE], from delivery at approximately [DELIVERY TIME] until pickup at approximately [PICKUP TIME], at [EVENT ADDRESS].
3. Delivery, setup, and pickup
Company will deliver, set up, and pick up the Equipment. Customer will provide clear access, a suitable surface, and any power required within [DISTANCE] feet of the setup location. Additional fees may apply for stairs, long carries, or delays not caused by Company.
4. Payment and deposit
The total rental price is $[TOTAL]. A deposit of $[DEPOSIT] is due at booking to reserve the date. The balance is due [BALANCE DUE TERMS]. Card payments may include a processing fee of [CARD FEE]%.
5. Cancellation
Customer may cancel up to [HOURS] hours before the scheduled delivery for a refund of the deposit, less any non-refundable fees. Cancellations after that time [DEPOSIT FORFEITED / OTHER TERMS].
6. Weather
Company may delay or cancel setup of any Equipment when weather makes it unsafe, including high wind, lightning, or heavy rain. If Company cancels for weather before setup, Customer may [RESCHEDULE / RECEIVE A REFUND OF AMOUNTS PAID].
7. Care and use
Customer will use the Equipment only as intended and as instructed by Company, keep it at the event address, and not move, modify, or sublet it. Customer will not allow anyone to use the Equipment in an unsafe way.
8. Damage, loss, and cleaning
Customer is responsible for loss of or damage to the Equipment during the rental period beyond normal wear, including theft and damage from misuse or weather after setup. Customer will pay the repair cost or replacement value, and a cleaning fee of $[CLEANING FEE] if Equipment is returned excessively dirty.
9. Liability and indemnification
Customer accepts responsibility for the safe use of the Equipment and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company, its owners, and employees from claims, injuries, or damages arising from the use of the Equipment during the rental period, except those caused by Company's negligence. 10. Entire agreement and governing law
